Laboratory where takes places the manipulation of the micro-organisms for the fermentation processes. These processes are initiated here with the activation and propagation of the micro-organisms. In order to do this, we have the right equipment to handle them in aseptic conditions. In this lab we also keep micro-organisms of interest for the diverse techniques. For this purpose, we have ultra-low temperature freezers to -80° C, freezer to -20° C, refrigerator to 4° C, class II type A biosafety cabin, incubator, liofilizator, agitator incubator with refrigeration.
